Walkthrough

    Immediately move to the platform on your right to avoid falling into the left elevator when the Spiked Ball drops into the right elevator.

World 6-3 Walkthrough:

  1. The platforms that appear and disappear are actually one platform teleporting around the room.
  2. Stand in the southern corner and wait for the platform to appear beneath you.
  3. Let it teleport to the first Warp Box and hit it (hidden behind the picture of piano keys).
  4. You will appear in a room with a giant piano and moving keys. Hit the P-Switch and collect coins.
  5. Star Coin Alert! #1: Following the keys, you will reach a point with a white and two black keys missing, replaced by four note blocks. The Star Coin moves back and forth where the keys would be. Wait on the note blocks for the Star Coin to move to you and grab it. Ensure you are facing the Boo behind you.
  6. Bounce on the next set of note blocks to collect coins above.
  7. Hit the Warp Box at the end to return to the start.
  8. Use the platform to reach the second Warp Box and hit it (hidden behind the picture of a block).
  9. Star Coin Alert! #2: This Star Coin floats randomly in this area. Find it and run to grab it. If you can't see it, it is behind a block; wait for it to appear. (3D is recommended for this area).
  10. Hit the bottom Warp Box to warp to the top right Warp Box. The top left Warp Box leads back to the main area.
  11. Use the teleporting platform to reach the third Warp Box and hit it (hidden behind the picture of a book).
  12. You will appear in a library. Hitting the first Warp Box teleports you back to the main area.
  13. Hit the ? Block for coins. Avoid the Boo.
  14. Wait for the bookcase to move back, then run up the ramp on the far left. You may need to face the Boo to stop it from chasing you.
  15. Follow the ramp up, using books as steps to reach the upper level, clearing the Peepas with your jumps.
  16. Star Coin Alert! #3: Around the southern part of the upper level, the Star Coin moves in a square. Look for its shadow on the ground, follow its path, and jump to grab it.
  17. Run to the far wall and into the middle shelf of the bookcase on the back wall. This is a fake shelf containing a Warp Box. Hit it.
  18. You will need to jump across floating books with two Peepas circling the center. Dodge as needed.
  19. Face left while hitting the Large ? Block multiple times, as a Boo will appear on that side. The normal ? Block contains a Fire Flower.
  20. Continue right, waiting for sliding books to retract into the bookshelf. Face back towards the Boo when necessary to stop it from chasing you.
