First off, you'll need to have gotten permission to head into the S.S. Zelbess's prohibited area. You know, the place where you eventually face off against the Sage of Marbule? Once you're up there, look for a ladder near the top. Head down that ladder, and you'll find yourself in the awesome world of Grand Slam!
