So, you're looking to get General Viper on your team, huh? Even though you guys were on opposite sides before, you'll end up sharing a common goal. It's pretty straightforward once you've rescued his daughter from those Porre military folks.

After you've pulled off that rescue, you'll meet up with Viper again. This happens when you're aboard the S.S. Invincible, and you'll find him at Hermit's Hideaway. Once that meeting is done, he'll automatically join your party. Easy peasy!
