038 Sick of Sandals

Hey there! So, you've bumped into Crispin in Capstan-upon-Hull, huh? He's a bit down because his cobbling skills aren't exactly in high demand there. He's thinking about setting up shop in Evermore, but he needs a little convincing. To get him to join your kingdom, you'll need to prove that Evermore has a need for his craft by developing (which really means crafting) 25 different types of armor or accessories.

Don't worry, it's not as daunting as it sounds! The key here is 'unique pieces' – you can't just churn out 25 of the same boots. You'll need to make 25 distinct items. Your progress with the Outfitters building and any research you've done into developments will really speed this up. If you've been diligently crafting, you might already have a good chunk of these done!

My advice? Start with the armor and accessories that you have plenty of materials for. It'll be much faster that way. Once you've made a good dent in those, you can move on to the ones that require rarer materials. If you're not quite there yet, that's totally fine! You can always come back to this quest later once you've gathered more resources or upgraded your facilities. Just keep an eye on your crafting menu and aim for variety.

Once you've successfully crafted all 25 unique pieces, head back to Crispin in his tent on the western side of Capstan-upon-Hull. He'll be happy to see your kingdom's potential and will join you in Evermore. This quest is available after you obtain your boat and is part of Chapter 5.
