Walkthrough

First things first, you'll find the robot just south of the entrance to Broadleaf. Chat with it to accept the quest. It needs you to deliver a package to Chip in the Magical Research Division.

To get there, head up the stairs right next to the robot. You'll want to take the elevator up to Midtown.

Once in Midtown, make your way north, go up another flight of stairs, and then head inside the building. You're looking for Chip!

Speak with Chip to deliver the package. He'll then tell you he needs two jars of Oasis Wonderwater. You should have plenty of these by now, but if not, you can always grab some from the general store in Evermore.

Bring the Oasis Wonderwater back to Chip. He's not done with you yet, though! Now he needs three Dark Crystals.

You can find Dark Crystals as sparkles in the area around Broadleaf, or even in the Factory Floors. If you've been upgrading your Mining Camps in Evermore, you might already have some stashed away.

Once you've gathered the Dark Crystals, return them to Chip. Quest complete!

Tips

Make sure you have at least two jars of Oasis Wonderwater before heading back to Chip after the first delivery.
Keep an eye out for sparkles in the Broadleaf area and Factory Floors for Dark Crystals.
