Hey there! If you're looking to recruit Rumpel, the village vet, you'll need to head to Greenglade Cave. If you're not sure where that is, just head west from the Forest of Niall and look for some mushrooms to climb up. Once you're inside the cave, you'll find Rumpel chilling out to the west of the entrance. He's ready to join your kingdom, but he's got a bit of a problem: a sick patient!
Turns out, his patient is a Tainted Monster named Flappy, a level 46 dragon. It's pretty similar to the Incineraptor you might have fought before. This is going to be a bit of a long haul because Flappy has a ton of health, so be prepared for a battle. Your best bet is to attack it from the sides. Keep at it, and eventually, you'll take the dragon down!
Once Flappy is defeated, you'll get 2 Supreme Sixth Censers. Now, just head back to Rumpel, who's waiting for you in the middle of the cave, to wrap up this side quest and officially welcome him to your kingdom.
