Walkthrough
- 1When you regain control, follow the path spiraling downwards to a Trip Door (50 Fathoms Deep) and a waystone.
- 2North of the waystone, find a dead-end with a chest containing 5 Silver Nuggets.
- 3Continue descending and break the red coral to collect items.
- 4After defeating enemies, the path splits. Take the upper path to find a shell that spits water.
- 5Approach the shell for a scene where Leander teaches you the Water Slide spell. Use the puffer whelk to ride the water jet down to a new area.
- 6Continue south, fighting enemies. On a small ledge, find another puffer whelk that returns you to the previous area.
- 7Return to 500 Fathoms Deep and descend to another whelk, which transports you to a new area to the east.
- 8Climb the westernmost hill to find a whelk that launches you to a previously unreachable area. Open the chest at the top for the Damp Butterfly Baton.
- 9Return to the previous section, fight south, and then go up the eastern path. Open the chest at the end for an All-Be-Gone.
- 10Double back to the southern end of the area and use the whelk to reach a new area.
- 11Use the whelk at the end of the lower area to reach an unreachable section. Open the chest for the Waterproof Sea Breeze Sandals and find a higgledy stone.
- 12The higgledy stone requires a Bright Button. Giving it will cause Haddock the Fishy to join you.
- 13Drop down and use the middle whelk to reach an isolated platform. Defeat the enemies and open the chest for a Strong Sixth Censer.
- 14Use the nearby puffer whelk to return to 500 Fathoms Deep, then 1000 Fathoms Deep. Take the marked whelk to a new area.
- 15Drop off the north ledge to a lower path. Go straight north, ignoring the northeastern part, and look for a notch on the map to find a chest containing a Greatsword.
- 16Head east. The ramp to the marker is to the south, but go all the way north first to find a chest with 1700 guilders.
- 17Go up the ramp to the south. Activate the first whelk but do not take it. Take the second whelk to the northern section of this area.
- 18Go up the slope to find a waystone, two more whelks, and a Trip Door (1500 Fathoms Deep).
- 19Take the southern of the two whelks (unmarked) to a raised section to the south. Find another whelk that launches you to the last unexplored part of this area. Open the chest for the Punisher’s Ring.
- 20Take the marked puffer whelk to descend to 2000 Fathoms Deep.
- 21Go up the slopes to the top and take another puffer whelk to the east.
- 22Go down the slope to find a whelk at the end. Head back up the slope, look for the archway, pass underneath it, and venture south.
- 23Drop down below and look for a chest on a ledge. Jump across the gap to open the chest for the Anti-Nixing Bone Mail.
- 24Drop down another level and look north for a chest containing 5 Jade Corals.
- 25Travel south to the marked puffer whelk, which brings you back to the first section to the west.
- 26Return to the eastern section and take the whelk just north of where you land to reach the northern part.
- 27Find the whelk to the far north (not the marked one) and ride it east.
- 28Venture south to find a chest on a ledge. (Note: The game may prevent you from reaching this chest via jumping).
- 29Drop down to the north to reach a whelk that brings you to 3000 Fathoms Deep.
- 30As soon as you land, journey south to find a Trip Door (3000 Fathoms Deep).
