This unlocks a fourth mission in the Guild: opening up a path to the Dakota Mines on Level 9.
Next, collect all the Mannequin parts. You can find these in the Arena or on Level 5. Completing this set unlocks the fifth mission. After that, backtrack to Level 6 and tackle the Billboard mission. Finally, open the route to the Core Lift 2 and make your way to Cranktown for the first time. Once there, take a photo at the Seminary, then ride the Elevator down to Level 8, and from there head to Level 9 to clear a path to the Mines.
Don't skip the photo mission! You'll be rewarded with an Ice-Resistant Vest, which is super handy for when you venture into the chilly Silver Canyon. When you get back to Level 4, grab and complete the final Guild Mission for the Postman. After all that, you can finally focus on the remaining story missions in the Silver Canyon.
