Lucia, Level 6: Random Encounter Wrecking Ballers

Wrecking Ballers appear in random encounters in Lucia, often alongside Mask Raiders. They are the source of the rare item, Luxury Meat.

To increase the chances of obtaining Luxury Meat, ensure the character using a Handgun delivers the killing blow to the Wrecking Baller.

The Lucky Charm accessory significantly boosts the drop rate of rare items. This accessory is obtained by receiving a doll from Kacy (the wheelchair girl) and giving it to Daniel, the shopkeeper in Ebel City.

For an even greater boost, connect the item drop rate terminal on Level 4 (near the Hughes Power Station) through the elevator to Level 6, and then to Lucia. This terminal provides an Item Drop Rate x 1.5 bonus. Note that this will deactivate other connected terminals, such as those that reduce enemy encounter rates, but this is beneficial for farming.

Keep attempting to defeat Wrecking Ballers, especially the leader, until you obtain the Luxury Meat. Higher enemy levels may also contribute to a better chance of rare item drops.
