Master the Red Hexes (9) mission in Resonance of Fate. Learn enemy weaknesses, optimal strategies, and rewards for Level 6 and Level 11 encounters.
Walkthrough
- 1Level 6 (Behind Patertopolis)
- Reward: [BEZEL SHARD]
- 2Enemies: Screw-Top Lv 52 (Leader), Sprocket Juggernaut Lv 57 x2
- 3This is a Back Alley location with no shelter. All enemies are machines. Metal-Coated Rounds are recommended; Metal-Coated Electrified Rounds are even better due to the Juggernaut's weakness to electricity. Killing all enemies is advised for useful drops. The Juggernauts can deal around 1200 damage.
- 4Strategy: Target one Juggernaut with an MG, using runs and jumps to fully scratch it, ending the run on one side. Then, use an HG to run to the other side and attack the second Juggernaut. With 2 RP, initiate a tri-attack on the Screw-Top, switching targets mid-run to the second Juggernaut. Finish off the second Juggernaut (it may be slowed by electric bullets). Set up another tri-attack to kill it. Use runs to target body parts, aiming for bonus shots. The Juggernaut may have around 5 gauges to break.
- 5Note: The Screw-Top drops the Scrapped Hammer SH2, a component for the Long Expander Barrel.
- 6Level 11 (Near the elevator)
- Reward: [PERFECT AID]
- 7Enemies: Fullmetal Gear Lv 77 (Leader), Sprocket Juggernaut Lv 57
- 8This is a Scrapyard location. One Juggernaut faces the team near the far wall, while two other enemies are to the right. Use Metal-Coated Rounds, preferably electrified.
- 9Strategy: Wait for enemies to approach, firing at the visible Juggernaut and potentially luring it towards oil drums on the left. As others get closer, make hero runs to the right, staying behind the first wall. Perform a tri-attack in this space to defeat one or two enemies. Use grenades when the remaining two approach to damage both. Afterward, hero run and jump over the wall to engage the leader. Be cautious of its powerful gun attack and kick. Gauge breaking will be necessary.
