First things first, you need to get to Level 3 of Chandelier. Hop into the Core Lift 1 and select Level 3. Make sure you're doing this during the daytime! If it's getting late, find a sofa and rest until morning. Trust me, you don't want to trek all the way up there only for the doorman to tell you to buzz off because it's past visiting hours.

Once you arrive on Level 3, look for Theresa's Manor. It's marked with a red sign, and if you've got the Location marker on, it'll be easy to spot.

Head inside, and after a scene, you'll snag a [FLOWER x1]. The doorman will also hook you up with [ENERGY HEX 1 Orange x4]. These are the orange-ish ones you'll see first in the Energy Hex store.

He'll then give you a quick rundown on how these colored hexes work. Basically, you can only place them on or right next to hexes of the same color, which can be a bit limiting at first. You'll also get your first [STATION HEX x1], which lets you save your game and rest up when you're out and about. Just remember, you can only plop a Station Hex down on a thoroughfare hex.

After you've got all that sorted, head back to Level 4. Find the folks hanging around the lift and chat with them for some extra info.
