    Find Sarah in Albona during daylight hours. She is standing next to a barrel to the left of the bulletin board (minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen)).

    Obtain one Luxury Meat. You may already have one. If not, they are dropped by specific enemies.

    The best way to get Luxury Meat is from the Wrecking Baller enemy during the story mission to Lucia. Note that this enemy only appears after starting the mission.

    Other enemies that can drop Luxury Meat are the Golden Mimic (Level 11, found at Rock Crushing Site and Closed Road; Level 12, found at Closed Road).
