Walkthrough

    Travel to Level 7 - Cranktown. Take the elevator from Level 4 to Level 6, then use Core Lift 2 to reach Level 7.

    Locate Stanley, who is wearing a white coat and standing on the bridge to the right of the Hotel.

    Stanley needs a Beast's Beard Mushroom, which can be found on Level 8 at the Freud Remnants.

    After speaking with Stanley, four new red hexes will appear, blocking the path to the Remnants near the Terminal: Invisibility.

    The left, right, and upper hexes contain Rocketfoot enemies (Lv 24 x5). You can fight these if you want their drops, but they are not required for the mission.

    The middle hex contains the target enemy: a Matango Walker (Lv 74), accompanied by two Mask Raiders MG (Lv 30) and one Rocketfoot (Lv 24). None of these battlegrounds are sealed.

    For the mission battle (Group 2), equip Bolt Padding and/or Shock Resistant Vests to defend against the Mask Raiders' electrical damage. Prioritize removing the Raiders early if you lack this protection.

    The Matango Walker is fast and deals high damage, capable of destroying your bezels (health) quickly. Stay at a distance, using the central platform or the bunker for cover.

    Utilize tri-attacks and charge your guns to maximum to stun the Matango Walker. Incendiary rounds are effective against all enemies.

    Try to avoid the Matango Walker's initial attack. Knock it back with an HG (Hand Gun) or use a Smash Grenade to stun it immediately.

    You can use the Rocketfoot as a distraction or to block the Matango Walker's path.

    Defeating the Matango Walker will yield the [BEAST'S BEARD MUSHROOM].

    Return to Stanley in Cranktown on Level 7 to complete the mission.

  • The Matango Walker can be stunned with a Smash Grenade or by charging your guns to maximum.
  • Incendiary rounds are effective against the Matango Walker and its allies.
  • Keeping the Rocketfoot alive can serve as a useful distraction or shield against the boss.
