Learn how to beat the challenging Lagerfield boss in Resonance of Fate. This guide covers strategies, recommended equipment, and tips for Zephyr's solo mission.

Walkthrough:

1. Before you leave Ebel city, make sure Zephyr is equipped with his best Machinegun and Handgun, plus an accessory that boosts physical defense. If Zephyr's Machinegun levels are below 20, consider equipping the Grenade Box with Hand Grenade ++ instead.
2. Head to the world map and proceed to the Rainy Bridge, where you'll find a roadblock. This is your destination.
3. You'll face the boss, Lagerfield (Level 48). He has 7000 HP and is a Humanoid type, resistant to Fire, Ice, Electricity, and Poison. He has no parts and is 40% Hard.
4. Strategy 1 (Higher Levels): You can create a bunker behind him by leaping over his head while firing your Machinegun. Alternatively, stand on the red squares at either end of the bridge to erect bunkers. Once behind him, he won't be able to hit you effectively. Use hero runs and jumps to make his gauge blue while charging the Machinegun to maximum. Switch to the Handgun to finish him off.
5. Strategy 2 (Lower Levels): Equip Zephyr with a Machinegun and the Grenade Case containing Hand Grenade ++. You can run, jump, and lob grenades at him. This restores bezels, damages him, and can interrupt his attacks if timed correctly.
6. Use the red buttons on the bridge to erect bunkers, which will block his attacks, including the white arrows he fires.
7. If Lagerfield teleports next to you, try to run away quickly to avoid taking heavy damage. Don't get discouraged if you lose some bezels; you can still win.
8. After you've depleted about half of his HP, use a long run and jump with the Machinegun, charging it fully to deal significant damage.
9. Hide behind a bunker or step on the red button again. Switch to grenades and, as the bunker retracts, finish him off with a grenade.
