Walkthrough

    Press SELECT to open the Tools menu.

    Equip the 999 Training Incendiary Rounds to your gun. This will be visible on the status screen.

    Perform a Hero Action (a special combat move).
  4. 4
    Fire the gun twice during the Hero Action to complete the tutorial.
Tips
  • To use specialty rounds, you must equip a gun in one hand and a Magazine Case in the other.
  • Specialty rounds cannot be used if no gun is equipped.
  • Each attack made during a Hero Action consumes one specialty round. For example, three attacks would use three rounds.
  • Press SELECT while a Magazine Case is equipped to choose which type of specialty round to use. More types become available as you progress through Resonance of Fate.
