Base Game Locations:

1. Camp Searchlight - Searchlight Church Basement: Head to the church on the eastern side of Camp Searchlight. The manual is chilling on the floor in the basement, near some metal shelves.
2. Goodsprings - Goodsprings Home: In Goodsprings, find the house just east of the schoolhouse. Look in the living room, specifically the northeast corner of the house on the map. It's sitting on a bookshelf, looking all intellectual.
3. NCR Sharecropper Farms - Sharecropper Barracks: Make your way to the southeastern corner of the barracks. You'll find the manual on the floor, right on top of some papers next to a desk.
4. Vault 3 - Vault 3 Living Quarters: When you enter Vault 3 from the main entrance, you'll see a locked door (Average difficulty) at the bottom of the stairs. Pick that lock, head inside, and the book is on a bookshelf near the door.

DLC Locations:

Dead Money:

1. Puesta del Sol North - Puesta del Sol: This one's a bit of a trek. From Christine's post at the "Remote Maintenance Terminal" in the eastern-most room, head east, then north onto the catwalks. Just before you hit a turret, there's a broken section of catwalk to the west. Jump over there and explore the catwalks to the south, near some electronics. The manual should be on the floor.

Old World Blues:

1. X-13 Testing Facility: You'll find this one in the room where you get the Stealth Suit Mk II torso armor. It's on the floor between two damaged prototypes.
2. X-13 Stealth Testing Facility - X-13 Stealth Testing Lab: To get this manual, you'll need to complete all three Infiltration Tests (Basic, Advanced, and Expert) to upgrade the Stealth Suit Mk II. After that, complete the Robot Compliance Test. Once you pass, the manual will be waiting for you in the "Reward Safe" near the "Test Terminal".
