Alright, let's track down those 'Nikola Tesla and You' skill books scattered across the Mojave Wasteland. These bad boys give you a sweet +3 boost to your Energy Weapons skill, so they're definitely worth hunting down. We'll cover where to find them in the base game and its DLCs.

Hidden Valley Bunker - Hidden Valley Bunker L1

Head into the Surgery room. You know, the one where Scribe Schuler hangs out? Look for a plastic bin right next to her desk. The book should be chilling in there.

Old Nuclear Test Site - Nuclear Test Shack

This one's in the shack. Make your way to the southeastern wall, and you'll find the book on a table, tucked under another book. There's also a Hunting Shotgun nearby, so grab that too.

REPCONN Headquarters - REPCONN Office 2nd Floor

On the second floor, head to the northeastern corner. You'll find the book on a desk. Next to it is a terminal that's locked with a [Very Easy] lock. If you hack it, you can add your facial data to their database for the second floor.

REPCONN Headquarters - REPCONN Office (Main Floor)

Now, for the main floor. Go to the northwestern corner. There's a door locked with a [Very Hard] lock. Behind it, on top of a safe surrounded by Microfusion Cells, is the book. If that [Very Hard] lock is too much, you can try going through a [Hard] locked door on the 2nd floor of the REPCONN Offices to reach this room.

[Dead Money] Sierra Madre - Sierra Madre Vault

This one's in the Dead Money DLC. When you get to the vault door, turn south and hop onto some pipes below the floor. Yeah, you'll have to deal with some poison gas, but there's a skeleton down there too. The book is in 'Sinclair's Bag', located between the two pipes near the skeleton. To escape the toxic fumes, head east along the pipe, jump onto a pipe valve, and then onto an elbow pipe. Heads up: This is one of the few skill books you can actually miss, so don't overlook it!

[Lonesome Road] Hopeville Missile Base HQ

Last one, from the Lonesome Road DLC. As soon as you enter the HQ, head south. You'll see some bookshelves. The book is on the lowest shelf of the southernmost bookshelf, hiding under a 'Large Burned Book'.
