South of Goodsprings Cave, follow the road connecting Goodsprings to Interstate 15. Cross the interstate to find Jean’s Sky Diving. On the desk, find a Key near a Ham Radio that opens an Average Locker. A Sunset Sarsaparilla Star Bottle Cap is also on the desk.
South of Jean Sky Diving along I-15 is Powder Ganger Camp West, between an overturned truck and a trailer. If your reputation is “Shunned” or better, the Powder Gangers won't be hostile.
