Head south-east from the truck-turned Coyote den to find Powder Ganger Camp North. Be wary of explosive traps. You can find a Powder Ganger Note on an Explosives Crate.

From Powder Ganger Camp North, head south to find the NCRCF. Kill any critters outside and loot trailers in the parking lot.

Proceed south along the western side of the prison to find an openable gate.

After opening the gate, approach the prison to meet Dawes. He will demand 100 Caps for entry. You can pay him or steal the NCRCF Visitor’s Center Key from him.

Inside the Visitor’s Center, you can loot vending machines and find a Sunset Sarsaparilla Star Bottle Cap on a counter near a Broken Terminal. You will also find Meyers, a candidate for Primm’s sheriff.

To get Meyers' pardon, return to the Mojave Outpost and speak with Major Knight. He will grant the pardon for 200 Caps or for free with a Speech 30 check.

Return to Primm and find Meyers south of Deputy Beagle’s Residence to complete the quest My Kind of Town.

Exit the Visitor Center and enter the yard. Search the guard towers for loot including a Super Stimpak, two Stimpaks, .308 Rounds, 5.56 Rounds, a Varmint Rifle, .357 Magnum Rounds, a First Aid Box, and an Ammo Box.

Enter Cell Block A. In the south-eastern cell, find a Grenade Box, a Mine Box, two Armor Cases (one locked), and a Patriot’s Cookbook magazine.
