Here's where you can find each copy:

• Allied Technologies Offices: Head to the southwest corner of the map. Look on the floor, just north of the Nuka-Cola Vending Machines. Easy peasy.
• Cap Counterfeiting Shack: Once you're inside, find the cellar door. Head down the stairs into the cellar, and you'll find the book on top of some suitcases near the southeastern wall.
• Primm - The Bison Steve Hotel: Go to the Gift Shop, which is in the northeastern part of the hotel. The book is tucked away behind the counter, sitting on top of a lock safe. It's marked as [Hard], so keep that in mind if you plan on trying to crack it open.
• Vault 22 - Pest Control: Take the elevator down to the Pest Control level. From where you land, go east and take the first left. This will lead you up some stairs and into a lab. The book is right there on a counter in the lab, near a chemistry set on the northern side of the room.
• [Dead Money] Salida del Sol South: If you're playing the Dead Money DLC, make your way from the exit to Salida del Sol North. Go south, over a railing, onto a balcony, and through a ruined wall into a room. You'll spot the book on a shelf underneath a terminal.
• [Lonesome Road] Hopeville - Basement: For the Lonesome Road DLC, find the basement in Hopeville. The book is sitting on a gore-strewn counter in the northwestern corner of the basement, nestled amongst some… well, bloody bits.
