Healing Kadaras Heart

The Eastern Monolith: Located north/northeast of the Kadara Slums Forward Station. Find the Remnant Console and then locate three glyphs: one south of the console on a monolith arm, another northeast near a Lithium node and an Adaptive Remnant Core Device, and the third east/southeast of the console on another monolith arm. Solve the Remnant puzzle to activate it.

The Western Monolith: Northwest of the Sulfur Springs Forward Station. The Remnant Console is underground. Follow the road northwest from the Forward Station, then southwest past an outlaw camp to a toxic lake. Search the mountains south of the lake for a pass to the monolith platform. Defeat the Outlaw Raiders and Sharpshooters, then talk to the Angara leader. Find two glyphs: one north on a stone-encased monolith arm, and another west on an arm. Scan them and activate the console (no puzzle).

The Southern Monolith: Fast travel to Draullir Caves Forward Station, then head east, north, and east again. Before the road turns north a second time, head west to a cave. Inside, defeat Raiders and a Hydra mech. Continue north to ledges, then northwest to the monolith platform. Find four glyphs: one southwest on a monolith arm, another north on an arm, a third east/southeast on a monolith arm base, and a fourth south on a Remnant structure. Scan all four and activate the console (no puzzle).

Entering Kadara Vault: The vault is in the Haarfel area, southwest of the Forward Station there. The area is surrounded by toxic water and wildlife. Open the vault door and use a Gravity Well to descend.

Kadara Vault - Consoles and Consequences: Upon landing, head west to an elevated ledge and activate a Power Console. This raises three Remnant Consoles protected by damaging energy barriers. Activate each of these consoles. The east door will then open. Proceed through the door, down a slope, and across a chasm with pillars, where you'll encounter Remnant Breachers and an Observer.
