Alright, so while you're out and about on Eos, specifically near Site 1, there's a pretty straightforward little side quest you can snag. It's called "Something Personnel," and it's a good way to get a little extra XP.

Walkthrough

First things first, head to the southeastern-most building in Site 1. You know, the one where you met Clancy? From there, start heading south and go up a slope.

Keep going south, and you'll eventually start heading downhill. When that happens, make a turn to the east and climb up an even steeper slope.

At the top, you'll find a device, maybe a beacon? Right near it, there's a Datapad lying around. Pick it up and read it. It'll tell you about the unfortunate end for Chief Engineer Grace Lito, E-97-Durango. Reading this is what kicks off the "Something Personnel" assignment.

Once you've got the assignment, fast-travel back to the Tempest. From there, make your way back to the Nexus.

Once you're on the Nexus, head over to Addison's Office in the Operations level.

You'll have the option to chat with both Addison and her assistant, Vladimir Brecka. Honestly, Addison's just going to throw a fit, so it's best to just ignore her and let her have her moment.

Vladimir, on the other hand, is much more reasonable. He'll help you out, but he'll want you to take full responsibility for whatever happens next. Which, let's be real, is pretty much the Pathfinder's job description anyway.

Once you agree and Lito is scheduled to be thawed out, you'll get some XP for your trouble. Easy peasy!

Don't bother talking to Addison; she won't be helpful and just wastes your time.
