Murder in Kadara Port

Alright, so you've just finished up with Vehn Terev during the “Hunting the Archon” quest. As soon as you leave Outcast Headquarters, make your way south through Kadara Port. You'll find a group gathered around a murdered Angara, not far from Kralla’s Song. Just getting close enough will kick off the “Murder in Kadara Port” quest. Go ahead and scan the body; it’ll give you some background on these murders and who they think is responsible.

After that, SAM will suggest finding Vidal, who might have more info. You'll need to take the lift down to Kadara Slums and head into Tartarus, which is that big bar to the west. Once you're inside, go upstairs and into the private room on the west side. You'll find Reyes Vidal there. He'll quickly dismiss the Charlatan as a suspect and then point you towards the Roekaar, suggesting they might be behind these killings. Apparently, their xenophobia has escalated to a point where they're killing their own kind to punish those who sympathize with the Milky Way. Vidal seems pretty invested in this, but to get more answers, he'll need your help and SAM's analysis.
