    Locate the Remnant ruins southeast of the Voeld outpost, east and slightly south of the western-most monolith, and southwest of a Mining Zone.

    Drive the Nomad close to the ruins.

    Exit the Nomad and clear out the passive Remnant bots.

    Loot the chest on the platform.

    Search the “Device” on the wall to the southeast.
