Hunting the Archon: Kadara Port

Fast travel to the Govorkam system and land on Kadara. During landing, Evfra will inform you about developments concerning a Resistance traitor and instruct you to meet an agent named Shena at Kralla’s Song.

Upon landing, Drack and Vetra will leave to attend to their own matters.

Explore Kadara Port. To the east, go through a door, then south down stairs. Scan an Adapted Initiative Core Tech unit (worth 100 Milky Way Research Data points) below the stairs.

To the west, you can find Liam and a Transit Console to return to the Tempest, but it's recommended to stay on Kadara for now.

Go through a door to the north, turn west, and scan another Adapted Initiative Core Tech device under some stairs.

Turn east from these stairs to find Outcast Guards (Sloane’s goons) assaulting Kadaran citizens. Talk to a guard to learn about Kadara Port's power structure, dominated by Sloane's protection racket.

Head east through a door to reach Kralla’s Song. Turn north to find stairs. Before going up, talk to a Collective Recruiter to learn about the conflict between Sloane’s Outcasts and the Collective.

Go down the stairs to the bar and wait for your contact. Reyes Vidal will appear, offer you a drink, and explain the situation with Vehn Terev, Sloane Kelly’s plans, and his own anti-Sloane stance.

Talk to the bartender, Umi Henon, to learn more about the conflict between the Outcasts and the Collective.

Leave the bar and return to the Kadara Market. Visit the Mods Merchant, Armor Merchant, and Arms dealer if desired.

Head to the northern end of the market and find the entrance to the Outcast Headquarters. Turn west down an alley and scan a third Adapted Initiative Core Tech device.

Enter the Outcast Headquarters complex. Make your way northeast, then north down stairs, and through another door to meet Sloane Kelly.

When Sloane asks why you're interested in Vehn Terev, your response matters:

• If you choose “None of your business,” you’ll be threatened by a guard. You can perform an [R2]/[RT] interrupt to leave with more dignity. You will then need to find Reyes Vidal in the market to complete your mission.

If you choose “I’ll be honest with you,” Sloane will make an offer to get you the intel you want, allowing her to use the Angaran traitor. If you argue, you’ll be kicked out and have to deal with Reyes. If you agree to Sloane’s terms, you can go see Vehn Terev directly. Head south through the nearby door, then west down a hallway.
