Head to Techiix Station on Voeld and find Ari Vesjek near the north entrance. He'll ask you to retrieve some Kett logs concerning first contact.

Make your way to the main Kett base. You need to breach the base and disable three Kett Generators.

Locate the multi-level structure with a balcony turret. Inside, find the Console on the upper floor in the southwestern corner.

Interact with the Console. You'll learn you need to disable a security matrix to access the data.

Head downstairs and continue north until you find a doorway leading to a structure on the west. Enter this building.

SAM will warn you about a defensive matrix. Scan the support column opposite the doorway to find a Critical Subsystem.

Follow the conduits on the ground to find and scan the other two Critical Subsystems.

Disable all three subsystems to take down the security matrix, earning you 530 XP.

Now, make your way to the southern-most building in the base. A previously sealed door can now be opened.

Before going through the ground floor door, head to the roof of this building. There's another door to the south. Inside, you'll find containers and a Kett Core Encryption Tech pylon. Scan it for 270 XP and complete the sub-objective 'Kett Base Attack'.

Return to the ground floor and go through the door you previously ignored. You'll find more containers and a Computer. Hack this Computer to finally obtain the intel Ari Vesjek needs.

With the intel secured, return to Techiix Station and speak with Ari Vesjek. He'll present you with a choice regarding how to handle the historical data.

Tips

Completing the 'Remove the Heart' quest beforehand makes things easier, but at minimum, you must breach the Kett base and disable the three generators.
Don't get too 'indiscriminate' when destroying the defensive matrix; focus on the identified Critical Subsystems.
Loot everything! There are plenty of containers scattered throughout the Kett base.
