Alright, let's talk about Neo Redshirt, another one of those tough Ba'al fights in Bravely Second. This one's a bit of a pain because it's got maxed-out Physical and Magic Defense, kind of like Neo Turtle Dove. But don't worry, we can handle it with a similar strategy, just tweaked a bit.

Stats / Weaknesses:

• Level: 1~99
• HP: Up to 100,000
• Weakness: Water, Wind, Dark, Demon

Phases:

1. Initial Assault: Neo Redshirt starts with maximum Physical and Magic Defense. Your goal here is to chip away at its health, as you won't be able to defeat it in a single turn. A well-executed Ghost Mage Onslaught should take off over a third of its HP.
2. Tank Management: After the initial assault, your focus shifts to survival. Your tank needs to be geared for maximum Physical Defense and should be casting Elemental Barrier on themselves.
3. Sustained Defense: While your party isn't attacking, have a ghost mage cast Reraise on the tank. Be mindful that Granite can dispel Reraise, so keep an eye on that.

Strategy:

• Modified Ghost Mage Onslaught: This is your primary damage dealer. Instead of Chainspell, use the Black Mage's Pierce Magic Defence ability. This will help you overcome Neo Redshirt's high defenses. Aim to get off a powerful onslaught that takes down at least a third of its health.
• Tank Setup: Your tank should have the best possible Physical Defense. When Prescience is active, they need to cast Elemental Barrier on themselves. This is crucial for mitigating damage.
• Reraise for Safety: To ensure your tank doesn't get taken out unexpectedly, have a ghost mage cast Reraise on them. Remember to do this when your party isn't actively attacking, to avoid issues with Ventriloquism.
• Casting Timing is Key: This is super important: Do NOT cast Elemental Barrier or Reraise on the same turn your ghost mages are attacking. Ventriloquism affects all spells, and if you cast buffs during an attack turn, they'll get turned into Rain versions and hit Neo Redshirt instead. This could put your tank in serious danger.
• Positioning and Buffs: Always ensure your buffs are applied correctly and at the right times. If you mess up the timing with Ventriloquism, you'll essentially be healing or buffing the enemy, which is the last thing you want.
