After Yew awakens in his room at Geneolgia Manor, explore the room. Hug the wall below his study to find a hidden Wakeup Bell.

Exit Yew's room, go behind the painting of Foundar Geneolgia, and descend the staircase. To the left of the staircase on the ground floor, find 100 pg.

Exit the manor to the south.

Head west across the bridge to the Sanctum.

Inside the Sanctum, go to the far end, indicated by an orange exclamation mark, to regroup with Janne and Nikolai.

While still in the Sanctum, go left and hug the top-left corner near the shattered window to find a Phoenix Down.

Head to the left-most part of the Sanctum, between the two rows of seats, to find a Staff.

Exit the Sanctum and return to Geneolgia Manor.

On the way back, visit the Armory. Purchase a Spear for Yew, three Bucklers, headgear for Yew and Janne, and Leather Gloves. Equip your new gear.

Back at Geneolgia Manor, speak to Alfred by the entrance to receive your diary.
