From the entrance of Al-Khampis, check the bench on your left for a hidden Ether.

Head north-west towards the large building. Before entering, hug the left corner for a Phoenix Down.

Enter the dormitory. Interact with the counter to find help. Before that, go behind the counter and to the right to find Echo Herbs.

Take the staircase to the left of the counter. On the second landing, before the next flight of stairs, enter the room below. Between the two beds, check the lamp for a Wakeup Bell.

Return to the counter to ask for help for Kamiizumi.

Exit the dormitory and head towards the center of the city. Just before the bridge, you'll encounter a student bullying a friend.
