Walkthrough
- 1From the Adventurer in the Central section, head south. Before the exit to the South section, go down the steps on the right. Continue east under the overpass to find a chest containing a Remedy. Return up the steps and exit south.
- 2In the South section, go south to find an Enopu Mushroom above the rubble. Head east towards the two oil lamps, then south.
- 3Go down the steps on the west side. At the junction, head east to find a chest with an Arctic Wind. Return to the junction and continue south, then east until you are halfway along the south passage.
- 4From there, head north past the two oil lamps and turn right at the crossroad. At the next set of oil lamps, go south, then east to find a chest with a Dark Shield (negates dark-based attacks).
- 5Return to the previous lamps, head north, and go up the steps on the left. At the end of the steps, a chest contains an Elixir. Follow the path north to exit back to the Central crypts.
- 6In the Central section, open the chest at the end for an Excalibur (greatsword dealing light-based damage). Return to the previous set of steps.
- 7Head east from the steps to find another set leading north. Go west to find a chest with Magic Armlets.
- 8Continue north to the next exit, returning to the Central section. Proceed ahead to locate the final, green crystal switch. Activate it to open the westward door.
- 9Retrace your steps back to the Adventurer. Rest and save your game before proceeding through the door to the Mansoleum for a battle with the kaiser.
Boss: Denys Geneolgia
- Level: 58
- HP: 50000
- Weakness: Nothing
Denys Geneolgia uses standard attacks that hit hard. He may Default to build BP or Brave to unleash two attacks. Every four turns, Dawn of Odyssey grants everyone 1 BP.
His move Winter Comes prevents HP, MP, and BP recovery for 3 turns. He typically uses only one or two attacks per turn.
Strategy:
- Use the Exorcist's Undo Action or the Ninja's Utsusemi to avoid attacks. Give your Exorcist the Prescience support ability and boost the Ninja's speed.
- Denys has mediocre physical defense; strong physical attacks are effective. The Doujiri-Yasutsuna is also recommended. Attack when he has BP and won't Default.
- When Denys's HP is critical, he may use Flash, dealing damage equal to half of his lost HP, potentially causing a KO. He may become immobile for one turn afterward.
- To avoid Flash, save BP and focus your attacks over two turns to defeat him around half HP. Alternatively, use Undo Action or Utsusemi to avoid Flash.
- After Denys's HP drops to zero, he will recover all HP for a second round. Continue fighting him.
