You'll find it northwest of the Yulyana region, west of Yulyana Needleworks. Since the Rubadub can't land directly on it, you'll have to walk the short distance from the needleworks. Walkthrough

    You'll start in the East area. There's not much here on your first pass, so just head west to the Central area.

    Once in the Central area, take the exit to the north, then immediately take the exit on the right, which leads back to the East area.

    Continue east until you find a chest. Inside is a Caduceus, a rod that can inflict sleep or instant death. Pretty neat, right?

    After grabbing the Caduceus, head back to the Central area to continue.

    Back in the Central area, make your way to the south-east entrance (where you first arrived) and head directly west.

    Keep an eye out along the southern edge of this path – there's a precipice where you can find an Enopu Mushroom. Grab it!

    Continue to the far end of this path. You'll find a chest containing the Dragoon and, uh oh, a dragon!

    After defeating the Dragon, return to the East side where the two entrances are.

    Follow the path north, and as you head west, look for a precipice halfway along the path. There's a chest there!

  • Consider bringing along characters with water-based attacks or strong greatswords to take down the Dragon efficiently.
  • Don't forget to buff your physical defense before the Dragon's Brave-fueled attack turns.
