Side: Seven Sins (Part 1)

Learn how to find and defeat the seven Sin Beasts in Bravely Second, including Asmodeus, Beelzebub, and Mammon. Get strategies for each boss fight.

Sin Beast 1: Asmodeus

Stats / Weaknesses:

• Level: 66
• HP: 100,000
• Weakness: Water, Wind, Aquatic

Asmodeus, the manifestation of lust, can cast Thundaja (ultimate lightning spell) and Venomous Sting (inflicts poison and other status ailments). It can also use Lust to charm the party and Call of the Infernal to send characters Out of Battle, potentially leading to a Game Over. Status Barrier is highly recommended to prevent charm and other ailments. The battle has a soft timer due to characters being sent Out of Battle.

Strategy: Use the Fencer’s Bloody Wolf with the Astrologian’s Limit Break for high damage.

Sin Beast 2: Beelzebub

Stats / Weaknesses:

• Level: 66
• HP: 100,000
• Weakness: Lightning, Earth, Bug

Beelzebub, the manifestation of greed, uses Octowhip, Tentacles, and Firaja (ultimate fire spell). It can also inflict Dread, Confuse, and Stop with Demon Eye. When Beelzebub uses Gluttony, your attacks heal it, followed by a powerful Acid Breath. Status Barrier can prevent ailments from Demon Eye.

Strategy: Either endure Gluttony with high physical defence and survive Acid Breath, or focus strong lightning/earth attacks to trigger Overflow, damaging itself. Exorcist’s Undo Action, Ninja’s Utsusemi, or Templar’s Rampart with Prescience can evade Acid Breath.

Sin Beast 3: Mammon

Stats / Weaknesses:

• Level: 66
• HP: 100,000
• Weakness: Fire, Wind, Aerial

Mammon, the manifestation of avarice, can steal 1 BP from each party member with Avarice. It attacks with Death Claws and casts Blizzaja (ultimate water spell). Mammon can also use Stat Leech to reduce your party’s stats and boost its own, making Death Claws extremely dangerous.

Strategy: Avoid going below 0 BP. Ensure high physical defence against Death Claws and Blizzaja. Use the Exorcist’s Purgation combined with Prescience to reverse Stat Leech immediately.
