• Rune Gongs: These look like metallic devices, also inscribed with runes. When you strike a rune gong with your Leviathan Axe, it makes a noise that dispels the rune on the chest. The catch here is that the sound fades, so you need to hit all three gongs relatively quickly before the first one's effect wears off. The order doesn't matter, just your speed!
• Rune Posts: Sometimes you'll find a post with multiple runes on it. You'll need to spin the panels on this post until the rune facing forward matches the one on the chest. Get all three posts showing the correct runes, and the chest will unlock.
• Rune Braziers: These are braziers that have runes on them. To dispel the rune on the chest, you'll need to light the brazier using the Blades of Chaos. Keep in mind that your range with the Blades is a bit more limited, so getting close enough is part of the puzzle. Sometimes, you might even need to protect the flame from being put out!
