Keep an eye out, because you'll face a boss called Dreki at some point during that quest. Defeating this boss is how you get the Flames of Anguish, along with some other sweet loot. Don't sweat it if you somehow miss picking it up right away, though – any Runic Attacks you don't grab will be sent straight to the chest at any blacksmith station.

To actually use the Flames of Anguish, you'll need to equip it to the Light Runic Attack slot on your Blades of Chaos. Once it's equipped, you'll hold down L1 and then press R1 during combat to unleash it. Think of it as a quick uppercut that kicks enemies up into the air, letting you keep them juggled. It's a fantastic starting Runic Attack for the Blades, especially for stacking up that nasty Burn status effect, which gets even better when you fully upgrade it.
