    Go to the Archeologist Barracks on the East Road.

    Find Lenton, who is distracted by beating a training dummy.

    To get his attention, cast Charm Person on him. If you cannot cast spells, you must purchase the Rod of Beguiling from Eltoora's Magical Sundries. This item is described as INSANELY expensive but allows any character class to cast Charm Person.

    Speak to Lenton once you have his attention.

    He will ask you to kill the Troll Chieftan and bring back his head as proof.

    During the What Lurks Below side quest, you will encounter the Troll Chieftan on the first level of the Troll Cave.
