    Speak to Aldo, located near the center of the Beggar's Nest, to acquire this quest. You must track down Hector for him so he can fix his wagon.

    Go to the shop called Thomas Wheelwright Wagon Repair in the south-east corner of the Beggar's Nest.

    Search the bookshelf inside the shop and take the Official Document. (Note: This document is for Tomi's quest.)

    Speak to Hector and tell him about Aldo.

    Escort Hector to Aldo.
