Speak with Neurik in the Temple of Tyr. Ask him who he is, then ask if he needs assistance to acquire the quest. He wants you to kill werewolves and bring him their rings. Urth: Located in the Outlying Farm in the south-east of Port Llast. Speak to Mister Eisenfeldt, then go upstairs to find Urth. When Urth is near death, you can either kill him or use a Silver Charm to cure him. You will receive Urth's Ring either way.

Geth: Located on the East Road in the south-west corner of the map, near the entrance to Charwood. Attack Geth. When he is near death, you can use a Silver Charm to cure him or kill him. You will receive Geth's Ring either way.

Bran: Located in a cave in the north-east corner on the South Road. Clear out the wolves and Worgs, then find Bran in the back of the cave. Attack him, and when he is near death, you can use a Silver Charm to cure him or kill him. You will receive Bran's Ring either way.

After dealing with the first three werewolves, Sir Karathis will appear. Go to the Green Griffon Inn area in the North, then enter the cave in the south-east corner. Go to the back of the cave (Werewolf Lair) to battle Sir Karathis. When he is near death, use your last Silver Charm to cure him or kill him. You will receive the Journal of Sir Karathis Ironheart either way.
