Enter the Fort and Find Victims: Go inside the fort. You'll immediately notice a lot of sick tribe members. This place is quite large, so be prepared to explore.

Free the Prisoners: In the eastern corridor, you'll find a small room with a prisoner. Free them to snag 100 XP. There's another prisoner in the cell right next to it – free them too for another 100 XP.

Talk to Zokan: Zokan is chilling in the room directly opposite the cells. Chat with him to get the full scoop. He'll explain that his tribe desperately needs a cure.

Make Your Choice: Now you have a couple of paths. You can choose the quick and dirty route: kill Zokan and report back to Yusam for your reward. OR, you can go the more compassionate route and try to cure his tribe.

Curing the Tribe (Optional): If you decide to help the tribe, you'll need to find Commander Damas. He's located in the lodge at Fort Ilkard. You can buy the cure from him for 3,000 gold. If you're good at persuading, you might be able to talk him down on the price.

Administer the Cure: Once you have the cure, take it back to Zokan.

Quest Completion: If you chose to cure the tribe and you're also on the 'Siege of Fort Ilkard' quest, you'll get credit for completing that one as well. Finally, return to Yusam. Give him the Dreamcatcher, and he'll reward you with 750 XP and the Ring of Yusam.
