Navigate Route 19 in pokemon lets go pikachu and lets go eevee, starting south of Fuchsia City. Get the Gold Teeth and learn Sea Skim.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Head south from Fuchsia City to enter Route 19. You will encounter Jessie and James near the entrance and receive the Gold Teeth.
  2. 2
If you haven't already, return the Gold Teeth to the Warden on the east side of Fuchsia City to learn Strong Push.
  3. 3
If you haven't learned Sea Skim, find the man with the Lapras in the Playful Park area north of Fuchsia City.
  4. 4
Follow the ledges on the left side of Route 19. After the first ledge, you can find a Full Heal to the right.
  5. 5
Be mindful of a trainer on the far right; you can avoid them by hugging the ledges to the left.
  6. 6
Battle Swimmer Reece, who has a Level 38 Dratini (Dragon-type). Dratini are weak to Ice, Dragon, and Fairy-types.
  7. 7
Continue south and battle Swimmer Richard, who has a Level 38 Starmie (Water/Psychic-type). Starmie is weak to Grass, Electric, Bug, Ghost, and Dark-types. It can use Minimize to increase evasion; consider using never-miss moves like Swift.
  8. 8
Use Sea Skim to travel south-west across the water.
  9. 9
Battle Beauty Alice, who has a Level 41 Golduck (Water-type) and a Level 41 Cloyster (Water/Ice-type). Golduck is weak to Grass and Electric-types. Cloyster is weak to Grass, Electric, Rock, and Fighting-types; it has low Special Defense.
  10. 10
Battle Swimmer Axle, who has a Level 42 Poliwhirl (Water-type). Poliwhirl is weak to Grass-types.
  11. 11
From Axle, you can head south-west to Route 20 or south-east to another trainer.
  12. 12
Battle Swimmer David, who has two Level 42 Seel (Water-type) and one Level 42 Seadra (Water-type). Seel know Aqua Jet and Ice Shard. Seadra knows Hydro Pump and Dragon Pulse. Grass-types resist Hydro Pump.
  13. 13
If you went towards David, head south, then south-west to find a female swimmer.
  14. 14
Battle Beauty Anya, who has a Level 41 Seel (Water-type) and a Level 41 Seaking (Water-type). Seel know priority moves. Seaking has Waterfall and Quick Attack. Grass-types are recommended.
  15. 15
Head north-west from Anya to find another trainer near the end of the route.
  16. 16
Battle Beauty Connie, who has a Level 41 Vaporeon (Water-type). Vaporeon can use Surf and Aurora Beam. It resists special attacks, so use physical attacks.
  17. 17
From Connie, head west to reach Route 20.
