- 1From the west side of Seafoam Islands, head west. You'll encounter Picnicker Irene. Her team includes a Level 43 Marowak (Ground), Level 43 Gloom (Grass/Poison), and Level 43 Wigglytuff (Normal/Fairy). Use Grass, Water, or Ice-types against Marowak and Gloom. Against Wigglytuff, Poison and Steel-types are effective.
- 2Continue west until you find a female swimmer.
- 3Keep going west. On a small island halfway up the route, you'll find Beauty Hansol with a Level 43 Slowbro (Water/Psychic). Weaknesses include Grass, Electric, Bug, Ghost, and Dark.

- 5A little ways north from this island, you'll find Bird Keeper Roger. His team consists of a Level 45 Fearow (Normal/Flying), Level 45 Pidgeot (Normal/Flying), and Level 45 Dodrio (Normal/Flying). Electric, Rock, or Ice-types are recommended.
- 6A little ways north from Roger's island, a male swimmer is present.
- 7Continue west. You'll encounter Swimmer Dean. His team includes a Level 44 Starmie (Water/Psychic), Level 44 Kingler (Water), and Level 44 Tentacruel (Water/Poison). Electric, Grass, Bug, Ghost, or Dark-types are effective against Starmie and Kingler. For Tentacruel, Electric, Ground, or Psychic-types are recommended.
- 8Carry on west from the Bird Keeper's island. A short distance south is a smaller island with Picnicker Missy. She has a Level 41 Jolteon (Electric). Ground-types are recommended.
- 9A short distance west of Missy's island is another female swimmer.
- 10You'll find Beauty Nora with a Level 41 Cloyster (Water/Ice). Grass or Electric-types are effective.
- 11Head north from Nora to a third island. To the right, you can pick up a Max Repel.
- 12Hop back into the sea and head directly west. You'll find another female swimmer.
- 13You'll encounter Beauty Melissa. Her team includes a Level 43 Seaking (Water) and Level 43 Jynx (Ice/Psychic). Electric-types are good against Seaking. For Jynx, Fire, Rock, Bug, Ghost, Dark, or Steel-types are recommended.
- 14South of Melissa's island is another island with an Ace Trainer. Search the left side of this island to find hidden Stardust.
- 15On the island, you'll face Ace Trainer Marty. He has a Level 45 Golem (Rock/Ground) and a Level 46 Pinsir (Bug). Ground, Fighting, or Steel-types are effective against Golem, with Grass and Water being especially strong. Bug-types are effective against Pinsir.
