Alright, so you're back to challenge Misty, and she's definitely stepped up her game since your last encounter. Don't worry, though, with the right team, you'll still take her down. Just like before, your trusty Grass and Electric-type Pokémon are going to be your best friends here.

Misty's Pokémon and Strategy:

Pokémon Level Type
Golduck 56 Water
Vaporeon 56 Water
Starmie 56 Water/Psychic
Gyarados 57 Water/Flying
Dewgong 56 Water/Ice

First up is Golduck. This one can hit hard with Scald, which might burn you, and it also has Ice Beam to mess with your Grass-types and Psychic for Poison-types. Plus, it'll use Light Screen to lower special attack damage. Your best bet is to take it out quickly with a strong Grass or Electric move.

Next, Misty might send out Vaporeon. This Eevee evolution uses Hydro Pump for STAB and Blizzard to really hurt Grass-types. It's also got Shadow Ball for Psychic and Ghost types, and Quick Attack to finish off weakened Pokémon. Vaporeon is pretty sturdy, so be ready to take a hit or two.

Then comes her signature Starmie. It's packing Hydro Pump and Psychic for STAB, Dazzling Gleam against Dark-types, and even Thunderbolt. Again, healthy Electric-types are your best bet here, or a Grass-type that isn't also Poisoned.

Her Gyarados is no joke and is her strongest Pokémon. It's got Waterfall for STAB, and then Outrage, Crunch, and Iron Tail to cover a lot of bases. Seriously, save an Electric-type for this one if you can. If you don't have a good Electric counter, this fight could get tough.

Finally, you'll face Dewgong. It'll use Waterfall for STAB and Iron Tail. Watch out for its Aqua Jet and Ice Shard, which can be pretty quick. Grass-types are great here, but be prepared for that Ice Shard. If Grass isn't an option, Fighting-types are your next best bet.
