    Battle Janitor (Lillipup Lv. 16, Trubbish Lv. 16).

    Continue south, cross the bridge west, and pick up the X Special in an alcove.

    Head north, then west behind the wall. Run past the Clerk Male.

    Continue west over a second bridge.

    Head north to two bridges leading north. Take the right one first.

    Battle Worker (Drilbur Lv. 17).

    Go back over the bridge, then take the left bridge leading north.

    Continue north over the second bridge.

    Battle Doctor (Sewaddle Lv. 17). He will heal your Pokémon after battle.

    Go right, past the door, and pick up the Leftovers.

    Enter the door. A scientist will give you a random healing item (return daily for another).

    Leave the room. Ignore the bridge to the west.

    Backtrack past the Janitor and the man guarding the staircase to the point where you chose to go south instead of west.

    Approach the Plasma Grunts and enter a Double Battle: Team Plasma Grunt (Scraggy Lv. 16, Sandile Lv. 16) and Team Plasma Grunt.
