2. Study Type Match-Ups

Even if you're feeling a bit overwhelmed, there's always time to learn this crucial mechanic. The fastest way to knock out opponents is by exploiting their weaknesses. With up to six Pokémon on your team and potentially 24 different moves between them, it's totally doable to have at least one move of each type. Your goal is to get the most out of every move. When a Pokémon holds this item, it gets a share of the battle experience, even if it didn't actually fight. This lets you keep steamrolling through battles with your strong Pokémon while your weaker ones slowly level up in the background. The trade-off is that your main Pokémon will gain a bit less experience, but since lower-level Pokémon gain experience faster, it tends to even out. Plus, a balanced team is almost always better than relying on a single powerhouse.

5. Pokémon Training Bags

Once the Exp. Share starts to feel a little slow, it might be time to put your trainee Pokémon front and center to really rack up the experience.
