You can wander around and chat with the Team Plasma Grunts if you like, but the main event is finding Colress. He's chilling in the helm, the same spot where you faced him before when the Frigate was docked at the Giant Chasm. Head on over there!
When you find him, Colress will want to battle! Make sure your team is ready for a tough fight if you decide to take him up on his offer. He's a strong trainer, so you might need to level up a bit more and come back later for a rematch!
