    Enter the cave and battle Veteran (Gigalith Lv. 55, Skarmory Lv. 55).

    Head east, hug the south wall, and pick up a Full Restore.

    Go around the large rocks and prepare for a Double Battle with two Ace Trainers (Durant Lv. 55, Ferrothorn Lv. 55 and Heatmor Lv. 55, Galvantula Lv. 55).

    Continue west to a crossroads. Take the south path to exit the cave.

    Outside, battle Backpacker (Sawsbuck Lv. 54).

    Return to the crossroads and take the western stairs.

    Head south-west to a suspicious rock and find a Full Restore.

    Outside, head east through Tall Grass, grab a Max Repel, then go south down stairs to the east.

    Navigate through Dark Grass and pick up an Ultra Ball.

    Use Surf to head east past the broken bridge, landing on the north shore.
