Walkthrough

    From the entrance of Twist Mountain B1F, head north along the eastern edge to the north-east corner. Go down the stairs to find TM71 - Stone Edge.

    Return upstairs and head west. Enter the doorway to reach the Regigigas Chamber.

    In the Regigigas Chamber, push the first boulder three tiles north, then jump over the one-way ledge. Push this boulder east into the hole. Push the adjacent boulder south into its hole.

    Follow the path around to the third boulder. Push it three tiles north, one tile west, one tile north, and then west into its hole.

    Proceed north to find Regigigas. Save your game before interacting with it to initiate the battle.

    After the Regigigas encounter, head south over the boulders back to the entrance and exit the area.

    Back in Twist Mountain B1F, head west, jump over the ledge, and continue south to the stairs.

    From the western side before the stairs, continue south towards the exit. Go up the steps in the next area.

    Speak to the Worker facing the wall to receive a random Fossil (Armor, Claw, Dome, Helix, Old Amber, Root, or Skull). These can be regenerated into Pokémon at Nacrene Museum.

    Head south and through the exit to Twist Mountain - Inner Exterior.

    Go up the stairs, then north-east up the next set. Check the trash can next to the Vending Machine for a Full Restore.

    Enter the north-western door. Alternatively, you can enter the north-eastern door, head north, take the eastern path to the end, and enter the doorway to reach Icirrus City.

    If continuing through Twist Mountain, head north on 2F until you reach a Worker. Battle him.

    West of the Worker, find a Dusk Ball. South of this item, hidden in a rock, is a Rare Bone.

    Head east from the Worker, then south when you can no longer go east. Enter the door and head south to battle a Hiker.

    After the Hiker battle, head south and out the door. Go west and follow the path to another Worker. Battle him.

    Continue past this Worker and enter the next door. Head west through this area, past the ledge, to battle a Veteran in a Rotation Battle.

    West of the Veteran, find TM90 - Substitute. Head east back to the ledge, jump over it, and grab the Rare Bone.

    Head south to the southern wall, then west. Use the Dowsing MCHN to find a hidden Ultra Ball in the bottom left corner.

    Run east to the door and enter it. Head north along the path outside to find TM91 - Flash Cannon.

    Move south, back past the door, and follow the path all the way around to exit Twist Mountain.
