East from the cave entrance, move through the Tall Grass to reach the Lass.

In the small clearing just before the ledge to your south, use your Dowsing MCHN to find a hidden Nugget. Jump down the ledge and continue east to the T-junction. Take the eastern path. The Twins before the steps will not battle you.
Go up the steps and head west. Enter the red-roofed building, a children's day care center. Talk to the woman near the entrance to heal your Pokemon. Find an item in the north-east corner: a Rare Candy.
Head back outside. Battle the woman south-west of the day care.
