Walkthrough

    Battle the first trainer, a Depot Agent with a Level 25 Drilbur.

    Continue south and battle the Cyclist with a Level 25 Tranquill.
  3. 3
    Head east and prepare for a Double Battle against two Backers, each with a Level 24 Scraggy.

    Continue east and battle the next Cyclist, who has a Level 25 Whirlipede.

    Proceed to the gate for Marvelous Bridge. You can speak to the man by the Vending Machine for a free Fresh Water. Note that you cannot pass until you defeat the Champion.

    Return to Route 16 and find the large boulder near the Backers. Use HM04 Strength on the boulder and push it into the hole to access the Dark Grass area.

    In the Dark Grass area, follow the path and battle the female Backpacker with a Level 25 Liepard.

    To the right of the Backpacker, find a small gap behind a fence. Follow it to obtain TM66 - Payback.

    Use your Dowsing MCHN north of the Backpacker to find a hidden Tiny Mushroom in the dark grass.

    Backtrack to the road and take the path into the tall grass. Battle the Backpacker with a Level 25 Watchog.

    Use HM01 Cut on the small tree to the left of the Watchog trainer to open a new path.

    Follow the new path to find a Heal Ball.

    Head north-east from the trainer and enter the path leading to Lostlorn Forest. It is recommended to heal your Pokémon before entering.

Wild Pokémon:

  • Grass/Dark Grass: Liepard (20%), Trubbish (20%), Minccino (30%), Gothita (B2) (30%), Solosis (W2) (30%)
  • Shaking Grass: Audino (85%), Cinccino (5%), Emolga (10%)
  • Swarm: Pineco (??%)

  • HM04 Strength is recommended for a Normal-type Pokémon for maximum damage output.
