Navigate Route 11 in Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, discover wild Pokémon, battle trainers, and encounter the legendary Virizion. Your guide to Opelucid City awaits!

This is the last Route before Opelucid City and the 7th Gym. Head west over the small bridge. A Pokemon Breeder will stop and battle you.

Head west and enter the trailer. The Pokemon Ranger inside will hand you some Favored Mail. Thank her then head back outside. Continue west and this time you’ll be challenged by a Pokemon Ranger.

Without Waterfall you can’t explore the rest of this route just yet, so keep moving west. When you reach the bridge, use Surf and start surfing on the water south of it. Jump onto the grass south of the fence to your west, then move along it to the end and you’ll find a Full Heal.

Backtrack and Surf back onto the bridge. When you move over the bridge, Virizion one of the Legendary Musketeers, like Cobalion, will jump down from a cliff to your north. Feel free to fight and even try to catch this Pokemon.

You can apply a similar strategy for catching Cobalion in Route 13 to Virizion. So impart Paralysis (via Thunder Wave or otherwise) or Sleep, then slowly knock off its HP before launching your best Poke Balls. In addition to Sacred Sword, Virizion can also use Giga Drain to restore its health. A good Pokemon to use would be Volcarona or Skarmory, as both take quarter damage from the Grass-type Giga Drain, thus ensuring it heals minimal HP. Be careful that Virizion can burn itself on Volcarona’s Flame Body, but this can be avoided if it’s Paralysed first.

If you accidentally defeat Virizion and didn’t save prior, don’t worry as you can encounter it in the same place–but at a higher Level–after beating the Pokemon League. However if you faint it a second time, you’ve lost your chance, so absolutely remember to save! Once you’re done, continue past. You’ll see one last patch of Tall Grass to your north before the gate. Enter it and move to the north-west corner where there’s a tile that doesn’t contain Tall Grass, but instead contains a hidden Max Potion.

Finally, backtrack to the path and enter the gate to your west, which takes you to Opelucid City!
