Icirrus City

Discover all that Icirrus City has to offer in Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, including trainer battles, item locations, and the old Gym.

In Icirrus City, you'll face off against members of the Shadow Triad in various battle formats: Trainer Battle, Triple Battle, and Rotation Battle. After defeating them, you can collect a PP Up. Head to the Pokémon Center to heal, then proceed north past a building to an intersection.

To the west lies the former Icirrus City Gym. Navigating its ice puzzles can be a nostalgic experience for Black/White players, though there's no tangible reward for reaching the top. Pay attention to the floor markings to plan your movements.

In a house to the south, a man will offer items based on the number of levels your Pokémon have gained since you obtained them. Showing him a Pokémon that has gained 25-49 levels yields an Exp. Share. For 50-98 levels, you'll receive a Cleanse Tag. A Pokémon trained from Level 1 to Level 100 (99 levels gained) will earn you a King’s Rock. A woman in the same house can tell you your Pokémon's happiness level.

Back at the intersection, head east to a house where a woman will initiate a daily quiz. Answering correctly grants an Antidote, while an incorrect answer gives a Parlyz Heal.

North of the intersection is Dragonspiral Tower. It's recommended to explore N’s Castle first if you haven't already, as the tower's significance is tied to defeating Reshiram or Zekrom there.

To access certain areas, you'll need to set your system's date to a winter month (April, August, or December). After changing the date, re-enter the game and move between buildings to trigger the winter environment. Head down the steps east of the Pokémon Center, slide south, then southwest. Ascend the steps to the west, then head south up a snow pile to reach a house. Inside, you'll find a Roughneck, an ex-Team Rocket member, and an Ace Trainer.

Exit the house, jump down ledges, and return to the Pokémon Center. Go north of the Pokémon Center again, following the path until you find a snow ramp near the entrance to Dragonspiral Tower. Ascend the ramp and head north through Tall Grass to find NeverMeltIce.

After collecting the item, return to the Pokémon Center. Remember to reset your system's date to the correct month and re-enter a building to revert the environment. From Icirrus City, you can proceed to Dragonspiral Tower or head west from the Parasol Lady (southwest of the Pokémon Center) to Twist Mountain.
